Fees and Registration

Easy application

To register your organisation for our service, the fee is currently set at £50.00.

To register with us please print off and complete the following:

The Declaration and two Policy Statements must be signed and returned along with a cheque for £50.00 to:

You need to nominate a Representative from your organisation to liaise with us.

We will send an Evidence Checker's information pack with the CRB Guidance Policy. We will also send a supply of contact us cards for you to issue to your staff or volunteers, together with your Organisations Unique Identifier Number. For each check, we charge the following:

Enhanced Check: £54.50
(CRB fee £36.00 and £18.50 admin fee)

Standard Check: £44.50
(CRB fee £26.00 and £18.50 admin fee)

Paid Employees of Charities (as above): £54.50 / £44.50

Unpaid Volunteers (Enhanced or Standard): £16.50
(CRB fee - no charge, £16.50 admin charge)

Unpaid Employees / Volunteers of Charities (Enhanced or Standard): £16.50
(CRB fee - no charge, £16.50 admin charge)

A cancellation charge is made if checks are begun but not completed (ie if an applicant turns down a post that is offered). The applicable admin charge (£18.50 or £16.50) will be applied in cases where the process of carrying out the check has started (i.e. the form was completed and sent to applicant for signature and return of ID documents). This is to reflect the time staff have spent in processing the paperwork. If the CRB form has been sent on to the CRB, their fee is also non-refundable.
